A self-expressionist
Artist (and musician) Henry Scott is prolific in his creative modalities and art forms. Formerly using traditional methods (pen and ink, paint, paper and canvas); Henry also now digitally creates his stream-of-consciousness creations. Often manifested while he explores life
internal, the drawings reveal themselves one line at a time, sending him to unexpected and transformative places. His unity consciousness view brings healing into the world in many forms, along with his yoga and meditation practices.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia and residing in Birmingham, Alabama, Henry is a seeker of the soul and a leader in the arts, traveling both internally and throughout the world. At the age of 18, he began a 13-year venture across the United States, Canada and Central Europe, holding jobs as a performer, director, and choreographer. While on the road, he searched for meaning and purpose in the seemingly banal and superficial world, and spent time perusing his family history to make sense of his place in it. His first CD Whole Not Perfect can be found here.
